I don think it is nice for me, but other ppl might find it different.

It has FLOORS!
It has JACUZZI!
It has BASKETBALL COURT and TENNIS COURT!
It has WALKWAY!
It has MINI COLLISEUM! but doesnt act like colliseum of course
It has SIDE VIEW! AWESOME
